To mark the start of the prestigious annual Goffs Orby Sale, which last year sold over €34 million euros worth of the best Irish bloodstock, Goffs invited top clients and high-profile guests to a stunning champagne reception at the glamorous K-Club in Co. Kildare.
Playing host to some of the world’s finest bloodstock vendors, trainers and patrons, the evening comprised of a champagne and canapé reception followed by an exquisite meal in the award winning K-Club restaurant.
The evening concluded with drinks held in the K-Club’s cocktail bar aptly named The Vintage Crop, called after Dr.Michael Smurfit’s Irish gelding “Vintage Crop” the first Irish horse to surpass one million pounds in winnings.
Among those in attendance enjoying the beautiful setting were Tom Dascombe, Kirsten Rausing and Grainne Prendergast.
They were joined by Goffs group chief executive Henry Beeby, as well as directors Elaine Lawless and Nick Nugent.
