Presented in the design of a Christmas wreath, beautiful cakes form the centrepiece of a showstopping display and include We’ll bring you some figgy pudding (Christmas spiced financier, fig and blackcurrant compote) and It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas (syrup sponge, honey and pine mousse, sable). These sweet treats are served alongside indulgent seasonal finger sandwiches and Christmas cheese scones with port and red onion chutney and Stichelton. This year, The Langham has partnered with the Royal Academy of Music and is celebrating the joy and hope of the festive season through music, with live performances, music inspired dining and festive offers.
