Beretta launch the “486 by Marc Newson”
Beretta recently announced the launch of the “486 by Marc Newson” with a grand soiree that was hosted in the opulent surroundings of the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge. A select number of VIPs, which included several faces from high-society, toasted the occasion whilst tucked away from the wintery elements outside.
Beretta is one of the major players in the world of premium guns and a brand that is much loved by shooting enthusiasts. It champions tradition but is also highly progressive with manufacturing.
The new “486 by Marc Newson” is a respectful re-interpretation of the traditional side by side with an innovative technological solution: the wood-bridge.
Thanks to this original design, the safety catch is no longer a remote mechanism on the end of the receiver, but is now seamlessly set into the high-grade walnut, almost like a bridge, creating a beautiful element of distinction.
Although the gun was naturally the focal point of the celebrations at the luxury hotel, it was also possible for invited guests to watch an original short movie called “Human Technology” by Ancarani Studio. The film was created to highlight the uniqueness of every Beretta premium gun.
