Watches of Switzerland host VIP fundraiser for Glasgow Hospice
A host of famous faces and high-society guests gathered at Watches of Switzerland last night on Regent Street in London for a charity auction, with a Scottish focus.
The fundraising event was held for the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice in Glasgow.
Guests sipped Pommery Champagne as a silent auction took place that included items such as Gucci and Rolex watches. There was a brilliant turnout, which encouraged an energetic atmosphere and great ambiance.
Edith Bowman was DJ for the evening and the event was organised by London-based philanthropic Scots including Brian Duffy who is the CEO of Watches of Switzerland.
The Glasgow Hospice has supported thousands of patients and families over its 32 year history and are building a brand new, bespoke Hospice to provide 21st Century care with overnight stay facilities for friends and families to ensure the very best of end of life care.
