We have news of two exciting restaurants that will be opening in January. The highly anticipated opening of Tom Aikens’ news fine-dining concept, Muse is one that is on the horizon. Housed in a renovated mews property in Belgravia at 38 Groom Place, the cosy 25-cover restaurant will provide a unique and intimate dining journey, offering each and every guest a kitchen table experience from either the kitchen counter or table side. Muse is set to be the pinnacle of Tom’s career, with food, interiors and service coming together to create the perfect dining experience.

Meanwhile, for living in Birmingham or visiting the city, the team behind Craft Dining Rooms and Aktar Islam will be launching the Craft English Garden, a stunning garden terrace and inside dining room bringing a unique drinking and dining space. Located on the Canalside at the ICC in Birmingham alongside the critically acclaimed Craft Dining Rooms, the site will be centred around a beautifully designed bar and crafted dining pods for groups to enjoy.
