Delicious new spring cocktails to try in London
If you love nothing more than trying a new cocktail, we have discovered three Spring treats that are on offer at some of London’s smartest bars…
Toast the arrival of the longer days with Sun Sun Sun, which is available at the American Bar in The Savoy for £20. This cocktail mixes Bombay Gin, Lime, Egg White, White Creme de Menthe, Orange Blossom, Yuzu Wine and it is sweetened even more with sugar. Yum!
The Q Bar at Quaglino’s is perfect for after work drinks or a date. A glass of Oye Como Va (pictured) is on the menu for £12.50 and features Tequila Olmeca Blanco, Illegal Mezcal Joven, Manzanilla Sherry, Lime and chilli cordial.
With the surge in popularity of gin, it is little wonder that Mr Fogg’s Gin Parlour is proving such a popular haunt. Try the Spreading Bellflower cocktail with Ki-No-Bi Gin, lemon, Fentimans Yuzu and Tonic Water for £12. It is topped up with pretty edible flowers. Very spring like!
