To celebrate the Chelsea Flower Show, Michael Caines at The Stafford has unveiled a limited-edition Afternoon Tea, inspired by Jo Malone London.

Ideal for guests looking to continue the celebrations of the Chelsea Flower Show, the experience brings together the Michelin-starred expertise of Michael Caines with the timeless British luxury of Jo Malone London, resulting in a beautifully floral afternoon tea.

Available on the 21st and 22nd May (2:30–4:30pm), guests will enjoy The Stafford’s signature afternoon tea with a selection of cakes designed to complement the scents of the Jo Malone London collection. Priced at £78 per person, the experience includes a complimentary Jo Malone London gift, as well as a hand and arm massage. Guests are also invited to explore a curated edit of fragrances and home pieces, with an additional gift included with any purchase.

The menu features a selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and seasonal cakes, crafted by pastry chefs Aubin Farges and Avneet Kaur. Highlights from the menu include (seen above, left to right): 

  • Strawberry and Orange Blossom Petit Gâteau
  • Apricot and Lavender Mousse Cake
  • Rose, Raspberry and Pistachio Choux
  • Bergamot Citrus and Earl Grey Tea

To drink, guests can choose from a selection of fine teas from Camellia’s Tea House, with the option to elevate the occasion with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne or Hambledon Classic Cuvée NV.
