The RHS Chelsea Flower Show is one of the key events of the British Social Season. The sell-out dining experience at the heart of RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Spring Garden, returns with a new line up of top culinary talent.

This year, the experience will be led by Jeremy Chan, the co-founder of London’s two-Michelin-starred Ikoyi, alongside José Pizarro, the country’s leading voice in Spanish food.

Influenced by his upbringing in Hong Kong, Canada and the U.S, Chan brings a distinctive style that combines scientific precision with a multicultural palate. Alongside Pizarro’s soulful Spanish cookery and celebration of produce, the result is a diverse and vibrant menu.

Curated and produced by AP&CO, the luxury caterer behind Royal Polo and Britain’s most iconic British events, Spring Garden is a multisensory journey, marrying horticultural beauty with culinary excellence.

Set within the grounds of Royal Hospital Chelsea, guests can enjoy a full day experience including live music, curated wine pairings, walks and culinary masterclasses.
