When we heard about the Pretentious Pizza menu that is currently available at The Arch London, we simply had to pay a visit to this upmarket hotel.

Aside from the feature menus, there is a fabulous choice of food that includes A La Carte highlights such as Grilled lemon sole with homemade French fries and Béarnaise sauce, Raviole of tiger prawns on buttered spinach leaves, hand cut steak tartar and Roasted Chart Farm venison.

The wine list has some impressive vintages and the Chablis is a great choice for those who like white wine. The red wine is divided into three categories: soft, rounded reds; light, lively and fruity reds; and full bodied, robust reds. Taittinger is available by the glass and the champagne list also includes Dom Perignon.

Even if you don’t have time to stop by for a full meal, Hunter 486 is ideal for an after work drink and you can share a substantial plate of meats and cheeses.
Although there is a relaxed feel about this eating and drinking destination, it suits a formal occasion just as much as casual drinks. In fact, it lends itself particularly well to intimate gatherings because you can book out one of the large round tables that are nestled in discreet sections of the bar.
