Méribel launches the new ski season with special celebrations

Méribel is on the verge of celebrating the arrival of the new ski season and the resort will be celebrating the occasion in style. Located in the heart of Les 3 Vallées, it will open on Saturday 7th December when Méribel Tourism will offer some lucky skiers complimentary Ski Passes, as well as a complimentary breakfast. This treat is available to the first 100 people that arrive at the reception of the tourist office of Méribel- Mottaret at 8.00 am. The complimentary breakfast will also be extended to the subsequent 300 people.

An official launch party will follow on the evening of the 7th of December and this will see a number of VIP guests toast the new season. The party is organised in partnership with La Folie Douce and will be held in Le Club des Saint-Pères, where guests can dance until dawn!

All snow lovers are invited to enjoy the privilege of being one of the first to explore the varied tree-lined slopes and exceptional panoramic alpine views on offer in Méribel this winter. As an additional welcome, visitors can enjoy a special rate Méribel Vallée ski pass for 38 Euro / day (instead of the normal 47.5 Euro rate) until the 13th of December.

The Méribel Vallée ski area will be open all the winter until Friday 25th April 2014 to enable all winter sports enthusiasts to enjoy the full 68 slopes which cater for all levels of ability and all ages.
