Hyatt unveils two new luxury All Inclusive brands: Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara
Last night, the luxurious Andaz Liverpool Street hosted a celebration to mark the unveiling of Hyatt‘s new All Inclusive resorts. Exotic cocktails and spicy canapés greeted invited guests who were entertained by a live band. During the party, two incredible new destinations were introduced and they mark the exciting development that sees Hyatt bring a distinctive approach to the all inclusive market.
Both of the new destinations have launched in Latin American. The Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara will be managed Playa Hotels and Resorts, with the former welcoming families and the latter providing adult only getaways. At the Hyatt Ziva, guests of all ages can enjoy a fun experience which includes exploring the local culture and authentic cuisine. The Hyatt Zilara has been designed to boast a more sophisticated and tranquil environment but still encapsulates a carefree feel.
This is only the start of the journey into the all inclusive market for Hyatt and the brand has conducted extensive research among its regular guests, as well as those who typically opt for this type of holiday. The response was overwhelmingly in favour of them creating destinations that facilitate this style of getaway. The design of both resorts has also been heavily influenced by customer feedback to ensure the best of the brand is captured.
Although the resorts will be based on the traditional all inclusive experience, Hyatt will be going a step further to ensure that guests can still take pleasure in a certain amount of spontaneity. From the research, they found new discoveries were a driving factor behind the reason for travel. Therefore, the flexibility to explore the local area and off-site activities is an important part of this newly launched experience.
Guests can now book Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and Hyatt Zilara Cancun stays on hyatt.com. Hyatt Gold Passport members will be able to earn and redeem Hyatt Gold Passport points at these resorts starting this month.
