With two discreet venues in the plush surroundings of West London and one in Barcelona, this cocktail bar offers plenty of exciting drinks. Located on Walton Street and also the Old Brompton Road, The Sloaney recently paid a visit to the latter venue to sample a selection of the bar tender’s favourite drinks.

The Watermelon Martini makes for an elegant drink that is both light and refreshing. The base fruit is also a well-known aphrodisiac and most of the Watermelons used at Eclipse are sourced from Greece, which is home to the famous goddess of love, Aphrodite. If you fancy trying something a little more sensual, Koshiko mixes the flavours of ginger, honey, cinnamon and passion fruit, to leave a real zing in your mouth.

Another enticing option on the menu is the vibrant-looking Amalfi Sour, which aims to transport you far away from the bustling city streets of London by replicating the feel of enjoying Italy’s scenic coastline.

The famed Crack Baby was created decades ago by Eclipse’s cocktail maestros and is quite simply delicious. The Russian Standard vodka is shaken with fresh, sour passion fruit and black Raspberry liquor, before a splash of champagne provides a luxurious finish.
