Iconic Three-Michelin Star Chef, Eric Frechon, will visit The Greenhouse in Mayfair
Earlier this year, we visited the stunning Le Bristol Paris for a wonderful dining experience as part of our travel feature about the French capital. The food was absolutely excellent and so we are very excited to bring you news that Eric Frechon, the award-winning three-Michelin star chef at Le Bristol Paris, is to bring his signature dishes to London this October.
For three days only Chef Eric will create a series of lunches and dinners for guests at The Greenhouse restaurant in Mayfair, and also host a unique Four-Hands Dinner with The Greenhouse Chef Arnaud Bignon, who used to work under the direction of Eric Frechon at Le Bristol Paris.
The gourmet menus, to be offered at The Greenhouse, will be available for reservations on October 23rd, 24th and 25th, culminating in the Four-Hands Dinner on the evening of the 25th October.
The menus will include dishes such as Kouglof with sun-dried tomatoes, black olive and chorizo; Caviar from Sologne; Bresse Farm Hen poached in a bladder; and Peru Chocolate in a cocoa pod. The unique Four-Hands Dinner will also include Cornish Crab with mint jelly and Monkfish with cockles and razor clam.
