Wow; time really does fly. Whilst I realise this month’s comment piece is a little overdue, I have a relatively good excuse. At the start of September, I escaped the grey streets of London in exchange for the sandy beaches of Sicily. A full travel feature is imminent but, in the meantime, I must share a wonderful service from Holiday Extras.

Meet and Greet’ parking allows you to travel to the airport in the comfort of your own car, but you can still enjoy the benefits of a chauffeur when arriving at the terminal. As I pulled into Gatwick, I was met by a charming driver who drove my car to the car park so that I had plenty of time to enjoy the No 1 Traveller VIP Lounge and airport shopping that was waiting inside. The convenient and efficient service is a wonderful luxury for travellers who want to start a holiday or trip abroad without experiencing any form of ‘parking rage’.
